連鎖超市也有賣！假橄欖油流市面「日本一番頂級」攏是假　父子3人180萬交保 鏡報

在連鎖超市上架販售、標榜產自義大利的「日本一番頂級橄欖油」，實際卻是成本低廉的橄欖粕油。士林地檢署偵辦假油案，發現堡晟興業有限公司、楓緣國際企業有限公司涉嫌自2024年起，從國外進口「橄欖粕油」假冒橄欖油，販售給下游廠商。

士檢昨（15）日發動搜索行動，帶回公司負責人陳姓男子及分別擔任廠長、員工的2名兒子、5名證人，總計8人到案。 士檢指出，本案由檢察官蔡景聖指揮內政部警政署保安警察第七總隊第三大隊偵辦，專案小組持法院核發的搜索票，會同衛福部食品藥物管理署及新北市政府衛生局，前往新北市的公司舊址、倉庫及涉案人住處等4處搜索。

檢警調查，涉案的實際負責人陳姓男子為父親，旗下兩家公司由其掌控，並安排兩名兒子分別擔任廠長及公司員工，涉嫌以「日本一番頂級橄欖油」名義對外販售產品，實際內容物卻為橄欖粕油，涉嫌違反食品安全衛生管理法及刑法加重詐欺等罪嫌。

檢察官訊問後，認定三人涉案情節重大，諭知父親交保100萬元，擔任廠長及員工的兩名兒子，分別交保50萬元、30萬元，父子總計180萬元交保。士檢強調，後續將持續追查產品流向與受害廠商範圍，釐清是否有更多不法情事，以保障消費者權益與食品安全。
