衛星雲圖驚見「台灣防護罩」！鄭明典揭2成因 台視 責任編輯／陳俊宇
台灣周邊出現神秘「力場」？今（2026.01.04）日清晨的衛星雲圖呈現特殊景象，只見台灣四周被一圈雲氣包圍，但台灣本島上空雲量卻相當稀少，宛如被一層「台灣防護罩」籠罩。對此，前氣象局長鄭明典在臉書發文解釋，指出這一現象與「陸風」及「氣流繞地形」有關。
鄭明典在臉書分享一張衛星雲圖，圖片上可以看到台灣周邊雲氣密布，但偏偏在台灣本島上卻幾乎沒有雲，「感覺就像似有一股無形的力量，阻擋小積雲靠近」。
鄭明典分享一張衛星雲圖照，稱看見「台灣防護罩」。圖／翻攝自鄭明典臉書 鄭明典解釋，會形成這樣的現象，第一個原因是陸風導致，「夜間輻射冷卻，陸地降溫，但海面溫度幾無變化。陸地上冷空氣密度高，海面上暖空氣密度低，於是底層冷空氣往海面移動，稱為『陸風』，海面上的邊界，部分是陸風和原本海面空氣交會的地方」。
另一個原因是「氣流繞地形」，鄭明典指出，「大氣穩定，現在環境微弱的偏東風無法越山，於是繞地形流動。這環境氣流在遇到地形障礙時，會在地形前堆積成小高壓區，後續氣流受小高壓區影響，在未接觸地形前就開始減速、轉向，減速轉向區域有小小的輻合作用，也會形成小積雲的邊界」。
