健身真的會讓男性禿頭嗎？ 作者/C4

當中的主角埼玉因為健身多年的關係，雖然讓自己身體變強了，但同時也付出了禿頭的代價，這也讓身邊許多健身的人擔心，是不是重訓一陣子就會讓自己頂上無毛變成禿頭呢？
健身真的會導致禿頭嗎？
在重訓健身時，因為受到一定程度的刺激，就會使身體分泌睪固酮來幫助肌肉生長修補，但這當中也會跟著產生雄性激素受體、5α還原酶活性等男性荷爾蒙，同時使一種名為DHT（二氫睪固酮）濃度升高，然而DHT相當討厭，會攻擊毛囊，使毛囊萎縮、生長週期縮短，讓頭髮漸漸萎縮，最後變成禿頭。
家族遺傳才是禿頭重點 只不過大家也別太過於驚慌，雖說健身男性是真的有一定機率會禿頭（機率真的很低），但還是要看家中有沒有雄性禿基因，若家族沒有雄性禿，即使身體內睪固酮濃度升高，毛髮處的DHT濃度仍不大會受到影響。
其他造成禿頭主因：清潔不當、補給品成分不明 除了男性荷爾蒙作祟和家族遺傳外，健身朋友們更應該擔心清潔不當和補給品成分不明的問題！
清潔不當 當健身中訓完畢後，大量流汗是在所難免，但部分人因為流汗之後沒有即時做好清潔，長期下來就會讓毛囊阻塞進而導致頭髮變細、脆弱，最終造成掉髮形成禿頭。
補給品成分不明 雖說乳清蛋白、肌酸等營養補給品並沒有直接的證據顯示和男性禿頭有關，只不過有些來路不明的廠商為了提升補給品效益，在內容物中添加了類荷爾蒙藥物，因此在選購補給品時，一定要看清楚成分標示，是否含有讓睪固酮農濃度提升的物質。
看完上述介紹後，便可以了解健身並不會直接造成男性禿頭，主因還是和先天的家族遺傳及後天的清潔、來路不明營養品補充有關，大家還是可以放心的去健身，若還是對於禿頭、落髮有疑慮，建議大家儘早尋求專業醫師協助，切勿自行判斷原因而錯失治療的黃金時期。
