《夏天的最後一朵玫瑰》（The Last Rose of Summer），或譯夏天裡最後一朵玫瑰，是愛爾蘭詩人托馬斯·摩爾創作的一首詩。1805年，詩人在愛爾蘭基爾肯尼郡的詹金斯頓城堡（Jenkinstown Castle）中創作了這首詩，並在1813年出版。這首詩可以以愛爾蘭傳統曲調《年輕人的夢》（Aisling an Óigfhear）演唱，這個曲調本身則是愛爾蘭民歌搜集家愛德華·邦廷1792年在貝爾法斯特豎琴音樂節上記錄下來的。它在後世被貝多芬等音樂家廣泛採用。
