沙烏地阿拉伯下雪了？荒蕪沙漠成「冰雪樂園」一片銀白世界

沙烏地阿拉伯的塞卡凱（Al-Jawf）近日發生一場罕見雹暴後，整座沙漠一片白茫茫，宛如變成了冬季仙境。社群媒體也出現許多如夢似幻的照片與影片，顯示冰珠覆蓋大片沙漠，使沙漠看起來宛如被白雪覆蓋。沙國政府新聞機構在9日發布的新聞稿中表示，塞卡凱近日持續下大雨，伴隨大量冰雹，土地得到了滋潤，這象徵一個迷人的春季即將到來。 沙烏地阿拉伯部分地區被冰雹覆蓋。

《每日郵報》報導，從網路上分享的行車紀錄器影片，可以看到塞卡凱地區被冰雹覆蓋，幾乎看不出原來地形。這些冰雹約為高爾夫球大小。

沙烏地阿拉伯氣象中心已發布惡劣天氣警報，預測未來幾天將有大雨、冰雹和強風，能見度也會降低。阿聯酋國家氣象中心認為雷雨和雹暴會發生，是因為來自阿拉伯海的低氣壓系統。

雖然沙烏地阿拉伯氣溫經常超過攝氏40度，降雪和冰雹非常罕見，但並非沒有發生過。該國2023年的氣溫也曾降至攝氏零下2度，導致阿西爾地區（Aseer）出現罕見暴風雪，山脈和沙漠都被白雪覆蓋，駱駝被白雪包圍。

這是近半個世紀以來，該地區的氣溫首次降到冰點以下。

據報導，沙漠地區的氣溫可能在一夜急劇下降，導致降雪，但降雪通常會在隔天早上融化。2022年，撒哈拉沙漠在氣溫降至零度以下後，沙丘上出現迷人的雪花圖案。
