    We encountered an outage for over ten hours today; the power just restored 15 minutes ago.  This had been the second time in three months that we met outage in Silicon Valley, O my goodness!

    ---> Today there was an unplanned power shutdown which lasted ten hours. It was resumed only fifteen minutes ago.
