This morning my wife and I went to San Jose Airport, taking the flight to Denver to spend Christmas time with my son.  In the same time, the family of my daughter appeared in the airport, taking the same airliner to Buffalo to join the parents of my son-in-law, and other relatives.  Well, merry Christmas to everyone, anyway.

I noticed all of the people I met in the airports at San Jose and Denver were wearing masks, no exceptions.  Good job!  Despite the self-awareness, America is one of the red zones in the world.  By contrast, China Mainland is calling for "stay where you are now" for the coming lunar new year festival.  Yesterday Xian found 63 positive cases in a day, and now the city was locked down today.  

I guess the wish for the coming 2022 of the ordinary people like me is longing to see an epidemic-free World again.
