Take some time out beside a pure mountain stream as it flows through the depths of the forest. Clear waters gurgle over smooth pebbles, past moss-covered rocks, to tumble over small cascades.
As you sit quietly beside a sparkling waterfall and breathe in the crisp air, frogs call softly nearby, sunshine filters through the trees, and birdsong echoes through the forest.
