「定」生「慧」，智慧是靠內我（內在的守護天神）和核心自己連結而得到

 

 Anavi的筆記本：老師說，當你開始做練習，腰會自動直起來，愈來愈直（身體通=能量通），身體會找到自己的狀態。可以試著觀想，你是被宇宙恩寵的，周圍人愛你，對你友善。往內集中，不要到昏沉，要到呼吸（呼吸是往內收攝的平台）。當心神往內收攝，有一種「清醒」，進入內我的部份，是一種享受，可以充電、休息、治病、補充能量。當你「定」則生「慧」，智慧是靠內我（內在的守護天神）和核心自己連結而得到，會自然而然擁有神通，那表示「你連結到一個龐大的知識庫」，很多事情會愈來愈明白，進入到「開悟」的過程。
