My two brothers , five sisters, and I will always be grateful for what happened at St.Bernard's in Cohoes,New York, on September 8, 1956. Our parents were married in a simple ceremony on that beautiful, sunny Saturday. They had a small reception in/at a church hall that included finger sandwiches, white cake with white frosting, and a champagne toast. The youthful, smiling faces of the bride and groom were the first images taken of a Union that would yield eight children, ten moves, and over fifty years of marrige. Even thoug I wasn't there the wedding photos of that happy day have given me a memory of the feelings and sights my parents must have had.Exercise
