As the day drew to a close, staffers at St. Elizabeth Central Emergency Care Center were feeling sentimental. Their final shift as part of the emergency team at that location was ending.

After 10 P.m.,(introductory phrase) all emergency services shifted to St. Elizabeth East at 1701 S.(south) Creasy Lane. The facility will soon operate as an urgent care center, a walk-in clinic to serve the kind of patients who needing immediate but not emergency care.(appositive modifies center)

Even though no empioyees will be terminated, many still have bittersweet feelings about the change. Dr.Eppler noted "This is the place that taught me how to be a doctor."
