Precise Work of Gaussian Beam 515nm Green Laser Line Generator in Woodworking Machinery

Whenever highly precise and fine line indication is in serious need for those of woodworking machinery processing works, not able to rely on any prior line drawing or printing work, it would be a much better solution to apply a highly bright light emitted tool of a 515nm green laser line generator. Usually 515nm green light is getting at least 5 times brighter light emission than 650nm red light. In woodworking workshops with sawdust, strong light, and on light colored wood, and dark colored wood, the marking green reference line remains clear and sharp. Basically 515nm green laser line generator applies a qualified glass coated lens with 10 to 110 degree fan angles, equipped with an adjustable focus optic lens design inside its durable metal housing tube. Not spending extra time on prior line drawing work, only after its easy connects with an AC/DC adapter, it begins to work with continuous green light emission, and converts into ultra straight and high linear quality green reference line projection within 0.5 meter to 6 meters length in use. 2.Planking/Sanding Baseline Alignment: It projects a straight green reference line onto the planer, thickness planer, or sander as a processing baseline for the board thickness and width, which ensures the flatness and dimensional consistency of the board after planing/milling, and preventing over-planing on one side or uneven sanding.

3. Engraving/Cutting Path Preview: For woodworking engraving machines and CNC cutting machines, 515nm green line laser alignment projects a straight line to simulate the edge of the engraving path or the cutting baseline. It is suitable for small-batch production with customized designs.

4. Edge Banding/Splicing Auxiliary Alignment:It project a straight line onto the edge banding machine or wood splicing machine to assist in aligning the edge banding strip with the board edge and the joints of spliced boards. This improves the fit of the edge banding and the flatness of the splicing, reducing rework due to edge banding warping and excessively large splicing gaps.

5. Multi-Layer Board Stacking Positioning. For multi-layer solid wood boards and plywood stacking, a projected alignment laser line runs through the entire stack, assisting in edge alignment between layers and ensuring consistency in the processing outline of each layer.
