魚兒相逐尚相歡。

Ignorant fishes still chase one another jovially

無人挈入滄江去，

If nobody releases you from captivity and frees you to the river

汝死那知世界寛。

How do you know there is a wide world for you to survive

P.S. The other day I read the poem online.  I reckon the simile could felicitously describe the complacent attitude and the tunnel vision of those islanders without knowing their limitations.  Wake up, my dear fellow islanders, nobody in this world will have sympathy for you like that Wang Anshi had for fishes.
