我認為真正的關鍵在法治.

you are the only one sees exactly what i see about the problem of taiwan and i'm not very optimistic about their ability to change.

problems are 1) both their legal and judicial systems are porous, 2) the enforcement of the law is not there and 3) the law-abiding education is totally lacking.

and most of all.... they don't see it and the politicians have absolutely no will to do anything.
