"Low-hanging fruits" means something is a target that is easy to achieve or a problem that is easy to solve. When your boss assigns you to finish the project that is easy for you, you can say "this is low-hanging fruit." You mean you can finish the project effortlessly. At school, for top students, to achieve top performance is low-hanging fruit for them. 

"Low-hanging fruits" 一個非常容易達到的目標或是一個非常容易解決的問題。當你老闆指定你去完成一個對你來說很簡單的專案，你可以說"This is low-hanging fruit."，表示這對你來說太簡單了。在學校裡，對於一個頂尖的學生，追求頂尖的表現對他們來說是非常簡單的。
