"Moving target" means the target is uncertain, not being set. As a result, people are confusing about their progress making. Back to personal level, you do not know your next step because of this uncertainty. If you are facing the situation with a moving target, you should find sometime and sit down to talk it over in order to locate the target. Moving target will drag an organization badly even fade into history. Therefore, we should be very clear with our target from individuals to organizations.

"Moving target" 是指目標不確定、還未被清楚的定義出來。未被定義清楚的目標會造成人員不知道該如何往正確的向前進。對於個人來說，會不請楚自己的下一步該何去何從，因為完全不清楚目標在哪裡。當你面對moving target的時候，你應該坐下來好好談談來定義出一個清楚的目標。不清楚的目標會讓一個企業停滯甚至進入歷史。因此我們都必須清楚地知道自己要的是什麼，從個人到整個企業都是一樣的。
