As I was teaching Qigong around the world for the past 10 years, a common and curious question was often raised by beginners: “ Can I feel Qi? Can Qi benefit everyone?” Since our ancestor discovered Qi around four thousand years ago, the relationship between Qi and human being is becoming even more intimate and inseparable. Three years ago, after I have been teaching in twenty different countries and over fifty thousand students, I have developed a brand new way of leading people to Qi and to feel the existence of Qi. This method is especially important for beginners to experience their first interaction with Qi, as you need to feel it first to believe and to practice. I call this complete series of classes “ Total mind and Body management” The new and improved form of Qigong exercise will benefit students by following a step by step demonstration, very simple and easy to learn movements , and the results are so effective in two days. Students will also learn simple ways of regulating the internal channels, balancing Yin/Yang Qi, discharge negative energy, cultivate universal Qi in order to promote health, enhance intellect, and to alter the fate of life.

Thirty-three years ago, when was China going through the period of culture revolution, my mother conceived me, since she was a doctor, all the intellectuals including her were sent to the labor camp to be reformed. My mother had to work in a muddy field with unsanitary and poor condition, I was therefore born with malnutrition and semi deform heart condition, I became a regular hospital visitor, at age seven, doctors diagnosed that it was a incurable disease and gave up on me.

My mother was then seeking an alternative method in an attempt to cure my disease, she found a Taoist hermit who live in the mountain cave, I was very fortunate to be accepted by him as the youngest disciple and was given a special instruction of learning a technique to treat my disease. As every parent care for their children in different way, my mother, in particular care for my health and sound mind. She knew how important it is to keep a good healthy being while I was growing up through childhood. It was during that time Qigong became part of my life. With the influence of my mother, I had learnt different styles of Qigong, including meditation, Qi healing, Qi diagnosing, Qi directing and the famous “Wild Crane” series. These types of Qigong benefited me in way of profound energy, enhanced wisdom and improved health. When I went to doctor at age ten, my heart disease was completely cured. At the age of sixteen, under the encouragement of my mother, I began my teaching career as Qigong Instructor in the U.S. During the past seventeen years, I enjoyed every moment as I lead my students discovering the ability of self-healing and overwhelmed by their testimonials of recovery in the power of Qigong. My life has been so fulfilling everyday as I am committed to make teaching Qigong as a lifetime career.

Short Evening Class: Natural Beauty from inside out
The ancient Chinese believed, most ailments with exception of normal ageing and heritance, are caused by stress, internal organs of functional disorder, therefore disease is a real cause for premature ageing. When our internal Qi weakens, we do not have power to combat the changes of external environment, it then affect the YI-Yang Qi to be imbalanced, poor circulation, eventually sick and premature ageing.

Skin is like a mirror of our body, when the body developed any signs of problem, it will reflect in the surface of our skin. (Example: Liver problem will generate turquoise color in the skin, patience on a kidney dialysis machine will show opaque color in the skin as well as coarse skin, persons with pale yellow face normally associated with weak spleen and poor digestive system, persons with high blood pressure and potential heart disease will show a reddish face, persons with lung problem and bronchitis will turn white-pale color face, acnes has to do with improper endocrine system, specially with women prior to their arrival of menstrual. Persons with problem of detoxification and obstruction of Qi will show dull sediment and pale skin.)
Time and disease will show signs in our skin, such as pimples, wrinkles, looseness of skin.

According to research, human being are able to live for 120 years of age, when one reach 60, it is suppose to be middle age, however today most people have signs of ageing when they reach 40, this means we are getting old prematurely. The good news is that we are able to slow down our aging process and maintain a vibrant and agile living by cultivating our primordial essence of Qi, a method which require only 10-20 minutes daily practice to gain a life time long health.

I believe our outward appearance is gifted from God, however by maintaining a harmonized and tranquil state of mind and by applying some simple Qigong techniques will be able to change one’s appearance dramatically. Nowadays, many people are willing to spend large amount of money to buy cosmetic products, even endure pain for plastic surgery, but not many are aware of the power of exercising their own energy to promote health and retain natural beauty. This is what I have been promoting in Taiwan for the past two years, the only affective and unharmed way to a natural face lift and slowing down of the aging process. If you're writing articles, then one way to increase your productivity is to come up with a system for organizing your ideas. For example, the https://www.resumesplanet.com/write-my-resume.php can use a mind map or an outline to keep track of the points you want to make in each article. You can also use a text editor that includes a word count feature so you can keep track of how much progress you're making.
