1.Working principle of helical planetary gearboxes

4.Maintenance methods of helical planetary gearboxes

Clean the gearbox regularly and replace the gear oil to ensure cleanliness and avoid impurities. In addition, regularly check the sealing of the oil seal and gasket, and replace them when necessary to ensure the normal operation of the gearbox.
2.Optimize the operating environment and operating specifications: Ensure that the temperature of the gearbox operating environment is suitable and avoid excessively high or low temperatures. In high temperature environment, heat dissipation devices such as radiators or cooling fans can be installed; in low temperature environment, the preheating device can be used to ensure the normal flow of lubricating oil. Avoid overload and impact, use strictly according to the rated torque and power, and reduce the impact load during starting and stopping.
3.Use high-quality lubricating oil: Use the correct gear oil to ensure its cleanliness and avoid impurities. Change the lubricating oil regularly, and release the old oil while it is hot and clean it when changing the oil. Using high-quality gear reducer grease can reduce friction, prevent scratches, reduce noise, and prevent rust, but it should be noted that the working environment temperature does not exceed 80℃.
4.Keep the working environment clean: Prevent dust, impurities and other pollutants from entering the gearbox, increasing the risk of wear and corrosion. In a dusty working environment, use oil seals and dust seals with good sealing performance to prevent dust and moisture from entering. Clean the gearbox housing and the surrounding environment regularly to avoid accumulation of debris.
