這裡的現在進行表示未來，可以改成現在式 take 表示未來嗎？

的確這兩種動詞形態都可以表示「已經確定、做好安排」的未來事件。差別在於：
1，主題是時刻表、節目單、旅遊行程、會議議程之類，自然的用法是「schedule + verb」；不過「schedule + be verb-ing」也可以。
2，如果以人為主，談到個人的計畫，自然的用法是「someone+be verb-ing」。

比較這兩句：
I’m taking the 5:00 train to the airport.
The next train to the airport leaves at 5:00.
