Dear FOS

                 I really appreciate your assistance re this case.

                NRMA did promise me that they will repair the major damage in left front fender within this claim. They also assisted me to book a repair on XXX2018, at their authorised shop. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to fixed the damage like mine.

                Would you be able to leave this case open until my car has been repaired? I will update you the result as soon as the car return to me. Thanks a lot.
