But the thing is ... It's not easy to make female friends for her ... She was still not sure why. It's not easy to make cocasion female friends of course ... Partly because their cultures are different. However, it's not easy to make friends with Asian females either ... hard to believe ... but this is the situation she has met after she moved to this new country.

So she told H that she had to go out with male friends ... Not the intension to have an affair, he knew ... Just because she needed friends. She's wanted sb. who gave her some comments ... no need to be advice ... at least she hoped to get some response after she said sth. H said he would like to listen ... but he got no comments on most of the things she's told him cause he hasn't gone through the situation before ... And sometimes she could feel that he's tried his best to respect her right to express her opinions but he was just not interested at all. So he agreed that she'd better go chatting with other male friends cause then he didn't need to pretend he was interested ... 

Well then ... she guessed she has to accept the fact that she was the sounding board of the rest of her family members. But she has to go out to find her own sounding board. Hopefully she may still find a female one since they should have some more things to talk about.
