The secret of everlasting beauty An old man says,

"there is always a freshness on the face of that person who says prayer regularly because in saying prayer due to prostration the blood circulates in facial veins.

That person who does not say prayer his face always looks gloomy and dark.

That is why it is said in Hadith (the saying of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa sallam it means peace be upon him in English) that who says prayer, there will be light and freshness on his or her face.
