proficiency- the quality of having great facility and competence.

proficient-having or marked by an advanced degree of competence, as in an art, 

vocation, profession, or branch of learning.

omniscient- having complete or unlimited knowledge, awareness, or understanding.

omni- power

omnipotent- infinite in power, as God.

astrological- the study of the positions and motions of celestial bodies in the belief 

that they have an influence on the course of natural earthlyoccurrences and human 

affairs.

astronaut-a person trained to pilot, navigate, or otherwise participate as a crew 

member of a spacecraft.

Nihilism- is a philosophical doctrine that suggests the lack of belief in one or more reputedly meaningful aspects of life. Most commonly, nihilism is presented in the form of existential nihilism, which argues that life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value.  Moral nihilists assert that morality does not inherently exist, and that any established moral values are abstractly contrived. Nihilism can also take epistemological or ontological/metaphysical forms, meaning respectively that, in some aspect, knowledge is not possible, or that reality does not actually exist.

computer illiterate-to not understand computers, and to be unable to perform simple tasks with them. The term also refers to those who do know simple computer related terms or software applications, such as Microsoft Word. 

cabinet-an upright, cupboardlike repository with shelves, drawers, or compartments 

for the safekeeping or display of objects.

-the executive and policy-making body of a country, consisting of all government 

ministers or just the senior ministers.
