最近把自己的身體搞得有點糟糕。

上晚班搞得自己作息大亂，吃飯不定時且常常一天下來只吃到1~2餐，雖然這麼說但晚睡的確是自己的藉口......

昨天早點上床結果頭痛肚子痛到2點多爬起來吃藥QAQ

最近臉上一堆痘痘、輕微失眠和嗯嗯不順，越來越冷偏頭痛的情況越來越嚴重，看來我真的要先好好調作息了......無論如何身體是本錢，不要讓自己的脾氣和健康開玩笑。

再不開心日子還是要過，班還是要上，鬧脾氣不會改變什麼(揉臉)

順說，身邊沒有萌歐美同人的人，找不到同好一起看電影好孤單Q_Q

雖然有喜歡外國影星的，但是話題扯不上阿嗚嗚嗚
