We have been seeing all of the horrible pictures and film from the flooding in Taiwan. We wanted to make sure you both are okay and that none of the terrible weather has affected you.

You are such wonderful people and we have you and your families and friends in our prayers, hoping that you are safe and sound.

Dear Steve & Marilyn,

We are fine, really! Our families and friends are both okay too. Thank you for your true and friendly concern.

Because of living in Taipei City which is located in the north of Taiwan, we were only heavier wind and rain than usual.

This typhoon brought a terrible floodwater that caused a dreadful disaster to the south of Taiwan. Many villages were almost disappeared due to the mudflows and landslides.

We are afraid of a lot of people are missing and death. All we can do is to pray for our country and our nationals could be strong and brave to pass this catastrophe.

Thank you for having us in your prayers. Hopefully, our country will be back to normal as soon as possible.

Thank you again. we love you very much! and please take care of both of you.
