【Golden Words from Grand Master Sheng-Yen Lu】 His Holiness Living Buddha Lian-Sheng Sheng-Yen Lu Imparts the teaching of Sakyamuni Buddha's wisdom of 【freedom from the hindrances of affliction】 and 【attain liberation from life and death】

Sakyamuni Buddha's wisdom is 【freedom from the hindrances of affliction】 and 【Nirvana (attain liberation from life and death)】, it is beyond karma, Sakyamuni Buddha believes only if it is beyond karma, then only it is victory forever; and not due to is better than any one person or buddha.

The purpose of Buddhists cultivate is to eliminate the karma of 【greed, anger, ignorance, skepticism, pride/arrogance/conceit】 and attain nirvana.

When everybody gathers together, I have self-control, when doing anything at the moment,  I will always have implement the right mindfulness (Satipatthana 念住 ) and wisdom  (which also means neither rejoices, nor grieves, but rests in proper mind and wisdom), you all will never able to see me wasting my time in chatting.

I think chatting is a waste of time, is mingling in cultivation and practise recklessly, is not beneficial, tomfoolery/senseless, childish and is harmful.

When chatting, the talk is either about right or wrong, the context of the chat is all nonsense and rubbish.
