芮迪版的製作人為Kim Fowley  維持原曲的流行抒情風

海倫以她高亢醇淨的嗓音詮釋出愛人便是她的世界

［You’re My World］再度讓她回到美國單曲榜Top２０（＃１８）　副榜Easy Listening榜＃５　加拿大＃１３　墨西哥＃４

只是單曲的良好反應並沒轉嫁到專輯, ［Ear Candy］只登上美國榜＃７５　加拿大＃８４　成為１９７１年後首張未拿到金唱片認證的大碟

此後芮迪的唱片銷售每況愈下

１９８０年代中期便退出歌壇　轉向劇場發展
