中央氣象局17日2時「路徑潛勢預測圖」(左圖)顯示，「中颱尼莎」向西南西，往西沙島海面進行。雖漸行漸遠，但其外圍環流與東北季風的「共伴效應」，今日仍在北部、東半部帶來「致災」降雨的機率；台灣附近也因「共伴效應」氣壓梯度增大，帶來強風的威脅；東北季風後有冷空氣南下，北台轉濕冷。都需謹慎防範、因應。

15日至今(17)日清晨4時北部、東半部已有大量降雨，最大累積雨量為台北擎天崗的1230毫米(右圖)。最新(16日20時)歐洲模式(ECMWF)模擬顯示，今日因「共伴效應」，北部、東半部仍有明顯降雨，規模雖略減小，但累積多日的大量降雨，陸續還會有一些災情發生，尤其北部、東半部山區仍要防範坍方、落石、土石流。中南部大致好轉，山區偶有局部短暫雨。台灣附近「氣壓梯度」增大，各地風力逐漸增強，應慎防強風所帶來的災害。冷空氣南下，各地氣溫降，北台愈晚愈冷，其他地區略轉涼。各地區氣溫：北部25降至18度，中部20至28度，南部22至32度，東部19至29度。

最新模式模擬顯示，明(18)日北部、東北部仍有局部雨，中南部晴時多雲，北台濕冷，中南部早晚偏冷；平地最低氣溫約降至17度左右。週三至週五(19至21日)天氣好轉，各地晴時多雲，東北部有局部短暫雨的機率；週三各地早晚偏冷、週四、五氣溫漸升，各地早晚仍偏涼，中南部日夜溫差大。

最新模式模擬顯示，週六、下週日(22、23日)水氣漸增，大台北、東半部有局部短暫雨的機率，桃園以南晴時多雲。
