為鍛鍊體魄、陶冶身心，和順工業區高爾夫球隊22日在南一高爾夫鄉村俱樂部成立，目前有28位隊員，津香茶業負責人李漢坤擔任第一屆隊長，榮譽隊長吳金寳、名譽隊長陳文祥，藉由球敘聯誼彼此交流，並達到運動健身、增進情誼。

和順工業區廠商協進會成立迄今已15年，為職場安全把關，推出堆高機、固定式天車、急救人員、丙種衛生人員、防火管理人訓練課程，每年也安排旅遊，唯獨少了運動健身這塊版圖。

和順工業區廠協會成員8月間提起高爾夫，暢談揮擊小白球的樂趣，高爾夫運動的初衷就是讓人走路打球，打一場球相當於徒步行走10公里，因此促成和順工業區高爾夫球隊成軍，由南一高爾夫鄉村俱樂部董事長蔡君山擔任指導教練。

目前有28位隊員，三分之一是新手，將從練習場的基本揮杆動作學起，隊員中也有臥虎藏龍高手，18洞有70多杆的漂亮成績。李漢坤表示，和順工業區高爾夫球隊將定期舉辦球敘聯誼，特別的是隊員們新購了十幾組Tayormade全套Stealth球杆，比賽時一字排開很是壯觀，打球是一種國際禮儀，就算打不贏也要表現出專業的服裝及態度。

蔡君山指出，高爾夫擊球動作是全身的一場運動，幾乎需要全身的肌肉與關節來協同作戰，轉腰擺胯的動作，能夠增強腰、腹部力量，減少脂肪堆積，從而加強對腰肌、腹肌的鍛煉，對啤酒肚的男士和渴望有扁平小腹的女士，這個動作無疑是解救良方。
