三立準氣象‧老大洩天機

1日2時中央氣象局路徑潛勢預測圖（左圖）顯示，輕颱奈格在呂宋島西方海面轉北略增強，未來再轉偏西、減弱遠離，共伴效應亦將逐漸減弱；另一23號輕颱榕樹在菲律賓東方海面，壽命短，對台無影響，但使今年西北太平洋颱風生成總數接近氣候平均值。

今（1）日清晨截至4:53各地區平地最低氣溫為：北部（桃園楊梅區）17.9度，中部（彰化芬園鄉）19.3度，南部（台南龍崎區）19.4度，東部（宜蘭五結鄉）19.0度；比昨晨略降1至3度。

今晨平地最低氣溫大多在18、19度。29日至今日4時，3天以來最大累積雨量在宜蘭南澳鄉、已超過1547毫米（右圖）。31日20時歐洲模式（ECMWF）模擬顯示，今日共伴效應雖逐漸減弱，迎風面北部、東半部仍應防局部性劇烈降雨的發生，尤其山區多日大量降雨，土石含水已飽和，應慎防坍方、落石及土石流；中南部天氣逐漸好轉。北台偏涼，中南部白天舒適微熱、早晚涼；沿海地區應注意強陣風。各地氣溫：北部18至24度，中部19至29度，南部19至30度，東部19至29度。明日迎風面東北部及大台北局部地區仍有劇烈降雨的機率，應注意。

最新模式模擬顯示，週四至下週一「奈格」減弱遠離，受東北季風影響，迎風面仍有較多水氣，北部、東半部有局部雨，局部地區有較大雨勢；中南部大多為多雲時晴的天氣、週五、六偶有局部短暫雨的機率。
