行政院主計總處今（6）日公布9月消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率為2.75%，相較8月CPI上漲 0.24%， 主計總處綜合統計處專門委員曹志弘說明，由於8月底、9月初蔬菜價格受軒嵐諾颱風及豪雨影響，上漲12.05％，加上適逢中秋節，旅館住宿費調漲所致，不過他強調，即使CPI反轉回升，仍明顯低於先前判斷的第2季通膨高點。

主計總處今天發布最新物價概況，9月CPI年增率為2.75%，不僅依舊超過2%通膨警戒線，甚至一改連續兩個月的跌勢，反轉回升，相較8月CPI上漲0.24%，不過仍為連續兩個月低於3%以下。

曹志弘說明，8月底、9月初蔬菜受軒嵐諾颱風及豪雨影響，價格上漲12.05％，加上逢中秋節，旅館住宿費調漲，及部分個人服務費用饋贈禮金，導致9月CPI微幅回升。

先前主計總處曾預估通膨高點已過，如今9月CPI反轉小幅回升，各界憂慮通膨與高物價再現，對此，他回應，本月份CPI回升為短期天候所致，即使反轉上漲0.24%，整體CPI仍明顯低於先前判斷的第2季通膨高點。

此外，9月CPI較上年同月漲2.75%，主計總處解釋，主因外食費、肉類、水果、蛋類、水產品、房租、家庭用品及油料費上漲所致，不過，蔬菜與通訊設備價格下跌，抵銷部分漲幅。若扣除蔬菜水果，漲2.82%，再剔除能源後的總指數（即核心CPI），漲2.79%。

在七大類中變動中，食物類漲幅5.30%位居第一，其中，蛋類及肉類受飼養成本提高影響，價格分別上漲31.16％及5.43％，至於水產品、外食費、調理食品、水果及乳類則各漲7.08％、6.54％、6.42％、 5.54％及3.72％。

至於行政院穩定物價小組關注的9月重要民生物資CPI年增率，與8月的5.35%相比，擴大至5.84%，創95個月以來新高，其中雞蛋上漲35.85％，漲幅最大。另外，沙拉油、調理油上漲16.03％，創163個月來新高，麵包上漲7.25％，雞肉上漲5.99％，創19個月來新高。衛生紙、面紙及紙巾上漲5.89％，創37個月來新高。

曹志弘指出，根據農委會資料顯示，蔬菜價格回穩，若天候未出現異常，10月CPI平均可能可以略低於9月，不過若國際原油價格漲至100元，恐增加國內物價上漲壓力。
