「分進合擊」似乎是近期各大汽車廠的策略，目標都是為了追上甚至打敗電動車大廠特斯拉。近期除了火熱的福斯集團保時捷拆分上市案，美國的福特汽車也宣布新組織人事佈局與全球供應鏈策略調整。

《路透社》19日報導，福特汽車因為通貨膨脹導致2022第三季的成本將高達10億美元（約316億新台幣），加上供應鏈持續紊亂，公司預計會有40,000至45,000輛的汽車缺少部分零件。公司第二季財報收入主要是靠利潤較高的卡車與休旅車為主，今年大宗物價卻抵銷獲利，管理高層正研議如何應付。

福特的組織調整與人事佈局

今年初福特宣布的Ford+計畫，將集團業務拆分成負責電動車的Model E、內燃車的Blue商用車部門Ford Pro三大業務線並獨立運作，但在創新、技術等部分則會互補支援。

細看傳統車與電動車二者的經營發展模式截然不同，所需的團隊人員、技術與創新想法都不一樣，所以必須以「分」來合擊已經生產超過300萬輛的電動車龍頭特斯拉。

根據福特公司新聞稿與《CNBC》報導，有幾個主要的人事安排。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. 因為電動車Model E的高速發展急需背後的軟體支援，Doug Field將同時為高階產品開發與技術長一職，持續改善電動車硬軟體、輔助駕駛系統開發與車輛的設計工程。營運長Lisa Drake也負責電動車製造工程，以達成公司2026年200萬台的目標。

內燃機油車部分，則是由副總裁Jim Baumbick負責，主要是產品開發與時程規劃。像是福特F系列（Ford F-Series）小卡車、跑車Mustang、休旅越野車Bronco都是Jim在背後推動。公司預計Jim 和Doug在研發方面密切合作，讓所有汽車產品能有更廣泛的發展。

福特計畫透過高效率和具韌性的零組件採購、內部關鍵技術與開發能力以及嚴謹的成本規劃，改善全球供應鏈的管理能力。福特財務長John Lawler將暫代供應鏈長的角色，供應鏈部門副總裁Jonathan Jennings額外負責供應商技術與品管業務。

福特表示，產品平臺長Hau Thai-Tang、車輛硬體副總裁Dave Filipe陸續在今年退休，這次新的人事佈局將延續福特的Ford+計畫，延續老牌車廠的產品競爭力。
