只是進入９０年代後　聲勢急速下滑

１９９３年　蒂芬妮結婚生子

秋天時　她與恩師兼前經紀人George Tobin再度合作

推出第四張大碟［Dreams Never Die］

首支單曲為［If Love Is Blind／假如愛是盲目的］ 這是曾為蒂芬妮寫出名曲［All This Time］的Tim James＆Steven McClintock所創作的流行抒情佳作

內容是一名癡戀女子的告白 以民謠風起始　逐漸轉入流行搖滾

蒂芬妮的演繹從輕吟到激昂  頗為感人

專輯在亞洲銷售良好 讓她人氣再升

雖然美國曾考慮發行  但最後不了了之

蒂芬妮跟George Tobin的事業關係很快就惡化　

因為她發現後者是把他旗下另一組藝人PC Quest的歌曲給她唱（如［If Love Is Blind］［Almost in Love））

兩人就此分道揚鑣　蒂芬妮轉到納許維爾發展　想成為鄉村樂歌手　但沒成功

直到２０００年才發行走流行搖滾為主的大碟
