老J介紹的阿茂,就在市區很好找。
就賣兩樣東西,米粉羹跟臭豆腐。
有筍絲、甜不辣等食材,吃起來就像蚵仔麵線,加烏醋更像。對我個人而言,太甜太ㄍㄡˊ 了~喜歡米粉吃清淡些。
臭豆腐,雖不錯,但因為一塊太小塊,所以沒辦法Juicy。

天水路金春發
他們的湯頭或炒菜都有下冰糖
巳經是偏甜口味(有人說很甜)
連調好的辣椒醬也加了糖
還不夠
辣椒醬罐調味枱上還放了一罐白沙糖
讓熟門熟路的老客人加
金春發穿出亭街到南京西
也是百年老店的小春園滷味
也是加了重重的冰糖下去滷
阿茂這味道或許是帶我去的渡小月老板陳桑
他們這輩老總鋪師兒時的記憶味道吧
所以啊~

大學四年在台南住了四年
一開始還真不習慣台南小吃常有的甜味
連肉粽也有甜味(沾醬)
沒想到後來竟會懷念起台南小吃來
一有機會到台南 就會設法抽空去嚐個兩三樣
甜OK啊~我去台南也吃得很帶勁,但甜到膩又是另一碼的事了。

Actually I am envious of many of you who live in Taiwan. In New Zealand, we don't normally get the food we used to get in Taiwan. That's explained why "NZ Beauty", a keen food blogger from Taiwan who is also living in Auckland NZ, has been making a lot of food by herself.
There are a lot of good Asian restaurants in Auckland but the food from all Taiwanese restaurants in Auckland are all terrible (at least I haven't tasted any good ones from any of Taiwanese restaurants here). They are nothing like what you have in Taiwan.

Everyone has their own preference. I quite disagreed with what Jeff said about Uppa's taste - questioning if Uppa is not Taiwanese because Uppa doesn't like the food being too sweet and too gluey?
I believe Jeff must have some traditional Taiwanese food he wouldn't like. I wouldn't question him not being a Taiwanese.
Let food blogs be food blogs.
