誓 約 書
本人 謹以至誠承諾下列條款，如有違反願受免職處分並賠償校方一切損害：
一、在進入校方服務期間，絕對盡忠職守。
二、校方因工作上之需要而調動本人之工作職務、地點時，本人絕對照辦。
三、本人對於在職期間所知悉或保管之一切技術或資料（含 校方以前、現在及將來與第三人約定保密之技術資料等）應嚴加保密，不論本人在職與否，絕不作任何未經授權之使用或以任何方法洩漏。本人離職時，並應繳回全部有關之技術資料（含影本）。
四、本人同意在職期間凡由 校方企劃或出資或曾利用 校方之設備、資訊或經 校方主管交辦、指導或基於職務上所完成之合法著作（含為 校方關係企業各公司及學校所完成之著作），均以 校方或 校方指定人為著作人或由 校方指定其著作權之受讓人。
五、其他未盡事項，願依貴校規章制度之規定辦理。

Affidavit

I, the undersigned, attest to obey following terms, willing to be dismissed for any disobedience with the compensation covering any loss for any damage attributable hereunder.

1. I shall be faithful to my post during my school service period.
2. I shall absolutely follow the instructions for any position and locale transferring as required by the school authority.
3. I shall keep strictly confidential for all techniques and information, including nondisclosure agreements signed or to be signed with any third parties. No matter during on-post or off-post durations, I will never use or disclose any unauthorized information as aforementioned.  On my resignation, all relevant information (including duplicates) will be totally returned. 
4. I agree that all the facilities and information owned by the school or any writtent works to legally fulfill my duty assigned or instructed by the school authority (including the written works made for relevant business organizations and schools).  The authoring copyright for all the works done shall be titiled to the school or anyone assigned or transferred by the school.
5. For any other requirements not listed herein shall be strictly disciplined by school rules.
