上年紀怎過年?
過年好,過年累,改變觀念免受罪。
不買衣服不洗被,不擦玻璃不擦櫃。
年貨無須多準備,日常飲食有年味。
過年其實無所謂,日子才是長流水。
老腰老腿老肩背,一但受傷没人陪。
歲月無情人寶貴,身體零件不好配。
適可而止自安慰,輕鬆健康才是對。
阻止不了長一歲,順應時代迎百歲。
有趣也很實在
成功不在於贏過多少人，而是【你幫過多少人】。
真正大師不是擁有最多學生的人，而是【協助最多人成為大師】的人。
真正領袖不是擁有最多追隨者的人，而是【協助最多人成為領袖】的人。
這一生不在於『你超越多少人』，而是你【協助多少人不斷超越自己】。
