Immediately release the tourists you have illegally detained and throw out your weapons, then come out and surrender. Otherwise, the police will begin a forced assault in five minutes. Please stop this meaningless resistance.”
△The patrol team members inside the workstation all hear this, and everyone heightens their vigilance.

△Yagu Manana immediately voices support.

Youlong: (shocked and angry) “Yagu, even you have betrayed me!?”
Manana: (shouting loudly) “Tianxiang and I already knew that Old Mai had been bought off by the mountain rats. Colleagues, don’t follow Old Mai into committing crimes.”
△At this moment, the police officers all turn their guns around. Li Xiaodao sees that the situation has turned bad.
Xiaodao: “Brothers, come with me.”
△Li Xiaodao’s group immediately retreats into the forest behind them.
Mingxian: (pointing one hand toward the rear and shouting loudly) “Stop those mountain rats! Don’t let them escape!”
△Manana, the Criminal Investigation Unit members, and more than a dozen precinct officers chase after them. Seeing this, Gao Yingxiong and Shi Ziqiang lead the patrol team members out of the workstation as well.
Mingxian: “Director Mai, please endure this grievance for the time being. Captain Gao, I’m leaving this man in your custody. I’m going to hunt down those mountain rats.”
△Mingxian hands Director Mai over to the patrol team and immediately rushes toward the forest. Mai is tied up by the team members and escorted into the workstation.

△Led by Pu Tianxiang, Inspector Chen Wendian arrives near the Lulin Mountain workstation with the county Criminal Investigation Unit and Security Unit.

△Li Xiaodao walks along a mountain path descending through the forest. Li Xiaodao calls his boss Wu Tianliang on his cellphone.
Xiaodao: (anxiously) “Boss, the mission you assigned ended in disastrous failure. Other than me, all the brothers were captured.”
△The camera cuts to the living room of Wu Tianliang’s mansion. Tianliang is holding the receiver.
Tianliang: (shocked) “What? How did you end up in such a miserable state? Didn’t I have Old Mai bring his men over there to help you? Where are Tianyou and Dafa and the others?”
Xiaodao: “By the time I rushed up the mountain to reinforce them, only the convoy stranded on the forest road remained. Yabu said Tianyou and the others were probably first surrounded by the patrol team and then captured and detained at the Lulin workstation. So I brought the brothers rushing to the workstation. Old Mai later brought his precinct men over too. Unexpectedly, a Criminal Investigation group leader surnamed Zhong suddenly appeared halfway there, took control of Old Mai, and all the precinct officers immediately turned against us, aiming their guns at us.
