1.flop /flɑp/ (v.)
Definition: to fall or drop heavily
Ex.Tony's hair keeps flopping
over/into his eyes.

2.marginalization /ˈmɑr.dʒɪ.nə.laɪˈzeɪ.ʃən/ (n.)
Definition: to treat someone or something as if they are not important
Ex.The marginalization of certain groups within the community may lead to social unrest.


3.technocrat /ˈteknəkræt/ (n.)
Definition: a person with a lot of scientific or technical knowledge who has an important position in a government or in an industry
Ex.Technocrats don't always have the marketing skills necessary to be successful businessmen.

4.cronyism /ˈkrəʊ.ni.ɪzm/ (n.)
Definition: when someone important gives jobs to friends rather than to independent people who have the necessary skills and experience
Ex.Many small town mayor and city official practice cronyism.

Definition: to fall very quickly and suddenly
