師尊開示：行者時時要做這四種事情，至少這四樣你常常謹記在心，你每一天都要做的。一位行者，或者一位出家人，要做什麼事呢？這四樣一定要做到。

外在的就是「承事」、「供養」、「禮拜」、「懺悔」，另外還有內在的，內在的就是你要得到智慧。

師尊說法，你聽。從當中心領神會，你會增加你自己的慧命－智慧的生命。如來的智慧，你漸漸的增長，這是屬於慧命。

你得到智慧以後，會怎麼樣呢？慧解脫。就是因為你的智慧充滿以後，你能夠解脫，得到你自己的身心自在，這是你要學習的內在的。

一般我們學佛的人，慧解脫很重要。剛開始是慧解脫，求到如來的智慧，你自己融會貫通以後，你可以解脫自己的煩惱，還可以了自己的生死。

你明白宇宙的真理以後，再自己融匯貫通。你不會被煩惱所困、被俗務所困、被世間種種一切的迷惑，你就可以解脫煩惱，這叫做慧解脫。

有問事需求的同門善信大德您好，

目前已經逐步開放師佛的問事安排，但考慮到師佛手術後的復元狀況和醫師的囑咐，現在的問事，視師佛的身體狀況彈性調整，必須先交問事單，經過篩選了解問事需求後，以重要和必要的問事和法務為優先安排，其他則看情形，來降低問事的長度和人數，減輕師佛的負擔。來問事的人請務必配合與體諒，並注意禮儀，誠敬尊重，敬師、重法、實修，且勿隨便。

至於大法會時期的問事安排，詳見以下的資料。

To all Dharma brothers /sisters /practitioners and friends who wish to request a consultation(wenshi) :

At present, arrangements for Grand Master’s consultations are being gradually reopened. However, considering Grand Master’s recovery following surgery and the doctor’s recommendations, consultation arrangements will be adjusted flexibly according to Grand Master’s physical condition.

Those wishing to request a consultation must first submit a consultation form. After reviewing and understanding the nature of the request, priority will be given to matters that are important and truly necessary, including essential Dharma-related matters. Other requests will be arranged depending on the situation, in order to limit the length and number of consultations and reduce the burden on Grand Master.

All who come for consultation are kindly asked to cooperate with understanding and consideration, maintain proper etiquette, and approach the process with sincerity and respect—honoring the Guru, treasuring the Dharma, and engaging in diligent Dharma practice. Do not treat consultation casually.

Regarding consultation arrangements during the Grand Ceremony period, please refer to the information provided below.

請留意: 春季和秋季大法會、首傳法會、農曆過年前後、以及師尊佛誕的前後，這幾段旺季問事的人都很多，希望在這段期間來西雅圖的同門，盡量以朝聖和參加法會為主要目的。很想要問事的同門，請盡量避開這段期間，會更有機會安排到問事。舉例:

*** 今年 2026年3月21日的春季大法會期間，從3/13(五) 至 4/7(二)，來問事的人會比平時多出許多，尤其是3/18 (三)至3/20 (五)，以及 3/23(一)至 3/31 (二)，是問事的高峰期。

因供不應求，所以這些人潮期間都會暫停預約問事的方式，改為抵達西雅圖交了問事單後，才開始安排順序，於每日下午約2 pm到真佛密苑現場等候唱名，才能入場問事，沒有叫到名字的人，隔天繼續來等候唱名。我們依照問事內容的急迫情形，來安排問事的順序，一一處理，希望在同門要離開前能安排到問事；人潮高峰期間，如果能排到問事，通常也都要等到離開前幾天才可能安排的到。

FYI, people coming for consultation during the ‘big events’ like the Spring & Fall Grand Ceremonies, debut Dharma transmission ceremony, Lunar New Year, and Grandmaster’s birthday should be aware of the surge of large crowd swarming in for Grandmaster’s consultation during those big events, so not all requests can be accommodated. We hope that fellow practitioners who come to Seattle during this time period will focus mainly on pilgrimage and participating in the ceremonial events. For those who are eager to ask for consultation guidance, try to avoid during this time as there will be a better chance at another time. For instance,

*** During the 2026 Spring Grand Ceremony period, from Mar. 13 (Fri) to Apr. 7 (Tue), the number of visitors seeking consultations is expected to be higher than usual. In particular, Mar. 18 (Wed) to Mar. 20(Fri), and Mar. 23 (Mon) to Mar. 31 (Tue), will be the peak days for consultations.

The exceeding daily demands during these periods cause a temporary halt on the appointment system; instead of making appointments, people would need to submit their consultation forms to Master Lian Chi at True Buddha Foundation ASAP upon arriving at the temple, in order to process their forms for the earliest available consultation session. Then, they would need to show up at the True Buddha Tantric Quarter (the white house) around 2pm; people would be called upon and led inside based on their priority (i.e. how urgent the matter is). If the subject’s name doesn’t get called upon, come back on the following days to try again and again, until the last day before departing Seattle. According to our past experience, during the peak days, if one does get the chance, one is most likely to get called upon until the last few days before leaving Seattle.
