Dear staff in China,

XXXX will be upgrading from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010 this year. In preparation for this upgrade, we are seeking approximately 50 volunteers in China to participate in the pilot.

We will be testing the deployment process and functionality, and expect minimal impact to participants.

We are looking for users from across China  who will be asked to complete a number of short and simple tasks. If you fit the following profile and would like to participate, please fill in the survey here.

Use Mail, Calendar, Tasks (and using more than one mailbox would be a bonus)

We will be in contact with those who are selected for the pilot.
