其實我的英文還滿爛的, 就是因為爛, 又不得不用, 有些東西要用又找不到, 有時, 人又不在辦公室, 找個Blog放, 應該不失為一個好地方.
比方這一段:
Dear XXX,
Your messages attached with the certificates are duly received with many thanks.
Thanks + Best Regards
其實我也可以很簡單地寫:
"confirm received and thanks" 就好, 但同一個對象, 人家寫的文情並茂, 洋洋灑灑, 我一直給人家回這一句, 看起來就很沒禮貌!
如果臨時要我寫, 我只記得更簡單的:"cfm rcvd n tks!", 比如在APP上, MSN上, 我就敢, 一直在Mail上用這句, 我會覺得不好意思.
可是"Your messages attached with the certificates are duly received with many thanks."我有八百年沒用了, 光在寄件匣找, 就超過半天, 找到了, 趕緊把它拷貝過來, 以後要用, 就不必這麼辛苦啦!
