Sharing with you the below message from Gina in regards to the restructuring project.

Well done to all who were involved in the project we are now on the way to transforming Customer Service and creating a One Team set up with SZCZECIN.   This is the first milestone in the project the next is creating Customer Care. 

The feedback from the steering committee was extremely positive towards the project team.  With comments like - "Can do attitude" "Impressive" "Set the bar high for other clusters" " Right mindset"  goes to show that Taiwan team is fast becoming the high performing cluster that we want to be.  Please keep up the good work.

Look forward to also hearing the positive feedback from our customers.
