Dear Colleagues

The MSN  migration for all users started today and will run for the next 2 weeks. You will receive a mail when the time comes for you to take action.

We have created an excel lookup to provide you with the date of your migration and also to allow you to see when your contacts in XXX will be migrated. In addition we have included colleagues from Chengdu, Philippines and India, to assist in finding colleagues you work with in the China.

This will avoid problems when you try to find your old contacts in MSN as they will only appear when they are migrated too.
