Recently, there has been an increasing number of Waymo operating in the Bay Area. The unmanned taxicabs are equipped with non-stop receptacles on their roof, rear, and both sides of the front bumpers to receive information from all directions. Its not dazzling design and plain color make it look not that funny, at least acceptable.
Once, a Waymo stopped next to me at an intersection; I took a good look at it. Both of its driver and passenger seats were empty, but I could not see whether there were passengers in the back seats because of its dark window films. When the light turned green, it moved away almost simultaneously and smoothly.
