記得幼時、奶奶常唸經、自己家己夠窮了、但有餘力、
她總不忘伸援手、給那些更需要幫助的人.我不信教、
但覺得宇宙之中、冥冥形成一股輪迴的力量、能及時
展現微妙的果報。
退休決定以後、與老伴兒子決定拿百萬成交、為餘年
計畫快樂人生、不意另有高手、爭此基業'出更高買價、
由100提髙到125萬、頭金增加'每月付貸由原US$4,000
提高到US$6,428.47、换言之每月可以有US$7,500收入
除了生活'應有餘力到處遊山玩水。
這使我想起老奶奶的往事、也許她老積德'讓我老年好
運連連吧!

Not until the escow is closed with money in hand.
In these days, nothing is certain untill I see the money.
Last time in 2001, before the escow closing day, the
buy could not come up with money and I had to cancel
the deal.
