I don't understand law. Right now I employ the attorney
to represent me. Following is a draft and Kim, the attorney
talked me not to send this letter because she is representing
me in the hearing case.

County of Mariposa dated Jan 25th 2014 A draft
Dear Sirs,
This refers to Case #0010208
AMENDED NOTICE AND MOTIO9N FOR ASSIGMENT
ORDER AND ORDER RESTRAINING DISPOSITION OF
THE INSTALLMENT NOTE.
Based on the law that the case was in default by not
going trough law channel by means of legal correspondence
thru United State of American Embassy in foreign countries.
Therefore, it is not a legal process and must be dismissed
by the Court.
It is important that your good office be requested to follow
the law practice and dismiss the case. Further more, the
defendent namely Michael Han is in his high age and need
medicall attention in Japan. Please let him go back to Japan
since he is homeless in the States there is no need to keep
him here so long

Google Chromebook 14 is not very good.
I wrote letter to Mariposa Superior court and wanted
to publisize the whole letter by copy and paste of my
own letter. I will let the bad guy hard to swallow the
big sum of money (earned by sweat-and blood of all
those years). I am a law-obydience citizen of U.S. and
paid taxes all these years. It is demanded that a fair
trial be conducted in all fairness.
