I like to stick the cards I received on the wall next to my desk. This is a habbit I acquired after I got back from the UK. Like westerners hang their family photos on the wall, I stick the well-wishes from my friends on the wall. In this economic downturn, this wall become a reminder of how lucky I am. It reminds me of the fact that some people think of me and how I should work harder just for that. Because I live with my parents, the pure existence of the wall reminds me that I can do something I love because my parents have always been very understanding. I don’t need to worry that I’ll lose the roof over my head and I thank themfor that.

Westerns have Thanksgiving Day, and I have a ‘Blessing Wall’.
