When you hit a wall in life and nothing is goig well, I take it as a long holiday given by God. During this time, slow youself down, do force yourself to do anything. Don’t worry and don’t need to work too hard.
I like this passage alot. Sometimes, you just feel nothing is going well in your life. You can't reach your goal no matter how hard you try. Maybe, it IS a holiday given by God. Try to enjoy it to the full. After a while, the situation willl change. (I actually had similiar experience after I became a freelancer.)
Fustrations are the spices of life.
This sentence has the similar meaning as the last passage. There is no ‘life without any obstacles’. Even those who were born with a silver spoon have their own kind of frustration. It’s just that it’s hard for us to imagine what kind of frustrations they’d ever encounter with such riches behind them. Dishes don’t taste good without any spices and without frustration, you can’t enjoy the delicious good moments in life as well.
