2. 《在澳大利亞境內登記有案的國際詐騙公司名單》列出的都是國際商貿詐騙
的公司、企業、各式國際生意買賣、酒店買賣等等，又都在澳大利亞境內沒有經過登記手續，也沒有通過澳洲政府合法認證的詐騙者。
請有意投資者，不管你是否是澳大利亞的居民，都要提高警覺，不要和名單上的國際企業連繫，或做進一步的投資或生意上洽談，以避免遭到詐騙。
3. 下列的公司和企業，都是以英文字母的順序排列，以方便網友們搜索。此為A 字篇。
4. 下列的公司和企業，常使用的詐騙方式有很多，但是，最常使用的工具，就是突然到來的 (真人上門推銷unsolicited calls) 、( 陌生人打來電話cold call ) 和 (陌生的電子郵件emails )。
通常 ( 詐騙族群scammer ) 都不會持有ASIC當前澳大利亞金融服務執照或澳洲信貸服務牌照，所以，犯案之後無從追查。
5. ASIC 雖然盡合理的努力，盡可能快地補充、更新、增加詐騙企業的名單，
但是，這仍然不是一個全面新詐騙公司的列表。
