are not used to the slow life, while people got sich, that need to slow
down the speed, to strengthen the repair and mainteance our body, to
regular of caring our own, adjusting our own, such as morning sun/ day
time sun/ sunset / night of natural life. Too busy is to be not good.

也可換腿. 打坐前先暖身雙腳及腰及一些暖身操, 讓身體柔軟些!)
